Food Box Coordinator (She/Her)

Stephanie Cardoso-Parker is very excited to be working with The Black Feminist Project as she explores the links between food justice and mental health advocacy. As a Food Box Associate, she hopes to gain valuable insight into the most intimate needs of the community in order to assess the mental and emotional support that would adequately address the systemic conditions that affect them.

Stephanie is the Vice President of a non-profit organization called Community Helping Children, which provides recreational outlets and activities for youth. She hopes to one day provide complementary therapy to her communities through free clinics, and make mental healthcare a staple rather than a luxury.
